Anyone have any interesting hobbies?

I'm pretty sure my allotment obsession makes me the dullest on here.

I'll happily spend all day there killing slugs and pulling up weeds. You can't beat it, peace and quiet, I'm the youngest there by a good 40 years. And best of all, free vegetables! I've got some Jerusalem Artichokes to dig up later, quite looking forward to that.

The youngest woman there, who's probably in her late 40's keeps coming over whenever I'm there, she blatantly wants to do more than borrow my hessian sack. She's filthy. Literally, her nails are caked in mud.

I still would though.

Other than that I play way too much poker and onanise over Joanna Angel.

I don't have an allotment but grow fruit and veg abd have some ex battery hens which I've rescued. Other than the garden - I cycle and walk (when fit and able) and go away in the caravan.

That deffo makes me the most boring person on here.:(

A couple in the allotment near me got some rescue battery hens.

When they arrived they looked like drowned rats. Almost bald, and not laying much anymore. After a few months they looked fantastic, and their eggs were some of the best I've tasted.

Unfortunately they got eaten by a fox a few weeks ago, but at least they got a few months of luxury.

I'm into guitar in a big way, but have got to the stage where I'm competent at it but know I'll never be Eddie Van halen. :(

I have also made a few guitars over the last 10 years or so - really enjoyed doing it, but unfortunatley doing up the house has taken over of late :(

I have a massive collection of Retro gaming consoles and computers etc that fills alot of the space in the loft (used to buy and sell alot on ebay stuff I picked up at car boots etc, but the ar*e has dropped out of that market now everyones at it) Hoping to build a full size arcade cabinet one day an run MAME through it to relive my youth (y)(y)

Currently I'm into my family history and have managed to get back to 1700 so far, I recommend it to anyone its so addictive believe me.

There's just not enough hours in the day is there :P

Local history fascinates me,so much so that i have books on the subject and old maps of Liverpool / Bootle etc.

I'm more boring than TX Bill, and that's a fact.

Same here actually. Just love History in general, more around the second world war era. Especially local area stuff and as I live just 26 miles from France this area is packed full of history from that time. Just off the coast here is a section of Mulberry harbour that never made it over the water to Normandy!

Forgot to mention I also collect goalie gloves just to make me proper sad!! Got quite a collection over the years, my latest is a pair of David James gloves which I got my hands on when we played Portsmouth last season.

I play alot Japanese RPGs (Personas, Final Fantasy etc) also watch alot of anime. I'm a dork.

I'm also very good at Jeopardy.

Also mountian bike and follow college football quite a bit.

I try and act the young thing and pose, however the break of the fibula and the use of a walking stick puts the mockers on that,,,,,,pro temps.

This thread is depressing me, I stopped almost all my hobbies. Used to love scuba diving, used to run, used to play squash, used to be rubbish at football but still enjoyed playing. Now it seems that most of my hobbies are done sitting down and getting fat theatre, reading, writing trash on t'internet.

*reaches for the bleach.
