'punishing the fans' has never EVER been used as a reason to not punish clubs before!!
Make all the CEOs have sex with Katie Price would be the ultimate punishment. So lets break FFP this summer then if they try ban us from Europe etc throw in the "well that punishing the fans".
If they dont punish they open the door for clubs to break the rules imo fair game.
Ah mate they'll get away with a slap on a wrist, I think most are expecting them to not get a heavy punishment myself included, The people who are pedalling the "YA CAN'T PUNISH THE FANS THO" are absolute dunces. He's probably going to be right though. The unfunny part of all this is if Everton at any point cross any lines, way less consequential than what these did we'd have the book thrown at as and 'be an example' of what happens when you break the rules.

Are you just a WUM ?
Or you just cant grasp the concept of whats been good enough punishment for others should be good enough for these Scab clubs.

Weird analogy. The fans are responsible for the creation of all these clubs, they are the reason why they exist in the first place. The owners have no connection to the fans. So with this Super League the players, manager, coaching staff and even the chairmen were not consulted about this. Txiki at Man City wasn't even aware of this ESL plan. So why should everyone at the club suffer because of select few greedy individuals who have ZERO connection to these clubs outside of money?Ok mush, let murderers walk free because in essence if you give them life you’re punishing their children too.

It's a bit like when Abramovich was sanctioned for his Russian/Putin connections; it had nothing to do with any of the fans or the players.
