I still have my doubts about him but I think this is a boost for us. We need competition for DCL. He looks like a very competent technical player which is likely helped by his Chelsea academy roots and if he can additionally give the outlet that Dyche wants (assuming he stays) then I wouldn't be surprised if we see him more often than not...

….i think you’re right, a couple of clips of him in training receiving the ball with his back to goal and losing the defender with his movement were impressive.

My big hope is that he needs to impress for his own future. Hopefully it’s a situation that benefits him because it will also benefit us. I suspect we’ll see him very soon.

Y’know, those defenders are our defenders.
We might not be setting the bar particularly high for him😂

for
Neither, we should go with a back three and two up top. Gives us three in midfield and two up top, we also have an extra defender as the wing backs will be predominately used defensively under Dyche. The trade off is, if the wing backs are not prepared to really put a shift in, we will lack width.
