Confirmed Signing Armando Broja

He hardly did anything at Fulham when he was fit so surprised at the amount who thinks he's going to score goal after goal.

At Southampton he looked decent but even then he scored 6 in 32 prem appearances.

I've always thought this signing is more to get him ready for the second half of the season if the club just decides to get something back for DCL rather than let him go out on a free. I guess the takeover has altered the dynamics of that slightly.

….i think Dyche is desperate for a quality striker, he’ll be wanting Broja introduced asap. His recent form is a concern, I just hope he plays like he’s got a point to prove.
Everton (not just Dyche) are desperate for quality up front and have been ever since selling Richarlison and the higher level Lukaku before that. IMO the Broja signing was presented to Dyche as "this is the best we're able to get you within our budget". In the absence of alternatives Dyche will have taken what he could and said a prayer.

there was a time DCL was quality, but it is this type of anti attacking football we play that leaves strikers too isolated, Everton has become a graveyard for strikers, most strikers would struggle under Sean Dyche's system.

Massive obstacles to overcome if he is to come back, including injury, mental health and rustiness.
I am trying to think of anything to distinguish the 28 year old Dele from Latchford and Lineker.... hmmmm. No I've got nothing. You got me!
