Early days to be fair.

His antics over the first move, Villarreal being so desperate to get shut season after season and Spurs not giving him a sniff is hard to shake. Glad it's not just me who has thought he's been a bit shy in the tackle, too.

I'd rather see McNeil and Harrison on the wings before him because from what I've seen, he's either a greedy sod or he hasn't got the awareness/composure to benefit the team.

But I do think he'll play a positive part. If McNeil or Harrison isn't on it, then he's right in isn't he?

Hopefully, I just don't wanna see Garner on the wing ever again.

I think people are being harsh on him , I think properly utilized and nurtured he could be a vital asset for the team if he has aspects that remind me of richie offensively, obviously he doesn't graft defensively like him but I'd much rather see him on the pitch over gray

He had an opportunity to shine last night and didnt look that bothered. I had a feeling he was going to get hooked at half time as Burnley had started to play though the middle with ease.

Agreed right up to the last point. Gray looked far more dangerous to me.

The mid level class players need time on the pitch to develop and feel loved, here we expect them to score goals straight away and when they don't we consign them to the scrapheap. I think all our strikers we have brought in are (at the moment) suffering the same fate. The pressure they must be operating under is immense.

Unless we get injuries to our wide players it is kind of clear that Danjuma won't get the game time and as he is only on loan he'll leave the club in the summer. Beto and Chermiti will get more chances just because they have a future beyond that.

….he’s not the McNeil or Harrison type that the team is built on so he’ll always struggle to start games. He should be a decent option off the bench but he’s not really influencing games when he does come.

Played 10 minutes in the past month, which isn't great for him to get used to things.

I don't think it was through lack of effort or anything that he was poor last night, i think its just that in this team that Dyche has stumbled upon, we don't really feed balls into the number 10!
The number 10 is there to be a nuisance, pick up scraps and play off Dom! That's not Danjuma's game!

He looked far more comfortable in the Villa away game in a different formation wide in a front 3!

Its no ones fault really, we are doing well in a formation that doesn't suit Danjuma so he may just have to bide his time

….Dyche said as much in today’s ‘presser’. He said Danjuma and I think his best position is attacking from the left but unfortunately for him, we have Dwight McNeil in that position.

Im just happy to have options to be honest.

Out of DCL, Beto, Chemeti, McNeill, Danjuma, Harrison, only three are starting.

Competition is good, depth is good and the fact all are contributing and influencing results is good. we've been without so long we forget what its like to have depth and options - not everyone who doesn't start is awful or a failure - as the season goes on we will need everyone.

Danjuma has scored two goals already, for context that what Iwobi got last season.

For me he needs to do more of the ball, in the press and make his presence known.

He doesn't justify his inclusion on that score at the moment, up to him.
