impressed with his attitude at Palace, didn’t get on the pitch but we absolutely elated when Gueye scored - if McNeil and Harrison continue to blow hot and cold I would certainly think about bringing him into the team

….his problem is that he’s different to those two. McNeil and Harrison are so effective supporting their own full backs and shoring-up their side of the pitch. Danjuma won’t do that but he offers more from an attacking perspective.

At the moment, I can only see him getting cameo’s off the bench. That situation might change if Dyche is totally at ease with the defensive capabilities of his full-backs. To be fair, Mykolenko and Branthwaite are looking a solid pairing down the left.

Quietly surprised he's not yet thrown his toys out of the pram due to his lack of game time, especially given that he seems to have an ego like Mirallas - a fairly tidy player but with the confidence of a Ballon d'Or nominee.

He will have to wait for either an injury or a downturn in form before he gets his chance. Always good to have a different option in the squad, but when Doucouré's played off the striker, we don't have space for a wide forward without affecting the natural balance that we have now found.

tl;dr - don't change a winning formula

Cal-Lewin Doucoure pairing one, Beto Danjuma pairing two? Start making this 5 subs a match situation pay off.

Have not been impressed with him i expected more from him; but is a long season and we will need him with the games coming fast between now and the new year

….substitutions are in-play decisions based on match status. We’ve been holding onto leads of late so bringing Danjuma on is high risk, obviously different if we’re chasing a goal.
Substitutions for Dyche are only for injuries or wasting time at 90 mins. They aren’t for tactical reasons.

Can’t see him gettting much of a sniff until he demonstrates his defensive prowess in training to the Scotch Egg.
That said his system has worked lately so guess he can’t complain.
He had a great chance against Burnley to steak a claim but let the game pass him by.

You're right if Dyche doesn't think you're doing the hard yards getting back and helping the full backs then you'll find minutes hard to come by.
