I so hoped he'd come good. I think it might have been against Krasnodar at home where he made his first appearance of the season and had some incredible touches and control, I think someone in the match thread said 'that awkward moment when Kone has the first touch of Iniesta'. I thought we had a comeback story on our hands...

It would be good to try and sell him to be honest, to try and recoup at least 1/6 of the fee we payed.

It really has been a waste of 6mil plus wages. We didn't even get game time from him.

Blame the mastermind who signed him. Can't blame Kone for wanting a wage - as any complete striker would.

I think no club would ever be interested in him, we are stuck with him. Complete waste of money. Why was he signed??????

Even giving him away for free would be excellent business.

At the moment he is:

a - taking up a space in the squad
b - a drain on resouces at around 30k a week
c - stunting the development of younger strikers who've proven more than him but aren't getting a chanc
d - depressing every fan every time he steps out onto the pitch

Just get rid ffs.

Don't know if he did it or not, but Ramadan officially finished yesterday, so he won't be fasting now.

He was injured for a year of that though and it seems that it has done lasting damage. I just hope that he can contribute more than what we've seen from him in the last few games.
