I think its our system to be honest. Sure he makes the odd crap touch here and there but so does our 28 million pound super star striker. The way we set up and play, whoever is up top by themselves are going to have 1 or 2 chances a game to score (if that).
Did the Wigan fans rate him? or say he was rubbish?
All 7 of them thought he was proper boss
His header on saturday summed it up his confidence is rock bottom , and with his speed gone he looks like a player who will not make it!I think its our system to be honest. Would be made up if Martinez realised it,becoming a bit embarrassing now.I don't like being critical of players as to get to the level of professional you clearly must have something, yet that header just showed (to me at least) he's not a natural finisher.
Being a finisher seems to me to be a pre-requisite for being a striker, so therefore I doubt he'll ever make the grade, for us at least.

Never mind Cahill an amateur footballer would have scored that! He is naturally devoid of confidence and knows his game has gone which was his pace! When I saw the header I thought to myself imagine Cahill on the end of that chance...

If only, just think our manager is taking loyalty a bit too far, tbh.

There are too many players that Martinez isn't letting go when he should.
