Shameful display
We played against 10 men for the best part of 70+ minutes and (a couple of exceptions aside) we could not string 2 passes together. Massive clearout and restructuring needed in the Summer.

See you for the EL and have a good Summer blues

Embarrassing and entirely predictable.

Another hide behind the couch no show.

Think it says a lot about our players when they were trying to console Koscielny about getting sent off when Valencia was KO'd on the floor. Utter weapons the lot of them
There is doing things 'the Everton way' with class and dignity. But showing concern for an opposition player who was deservedly sent off for an awful challenge, whilst your own player lies prone on the turf just beggars belief. Get rid of these players and replace them with win at all costs mentality players. I'm sick of being 'too nice' and underachieving.

a) Robles may have played ok-ish today (in comparison to some of his teammates) but let's not pretend we want to go into next season with him as our starting keeper.

b) Williams and Jags both look like they're done - Jags IMHO has looked one for fifteen months now, but that's neither here nor there - both need to not be starting games next season.

c) I don't understand why Davies and Gana were replaced, both will be regular starters next year.

d) Kenny to start at RB until Coleman is fit. Move Holgate across to play alongside marquee CB signing?

e) Baines.... got a season left now, at best. Not so long ago, with Oviedo and Garbutt in reserve, LB was a position of real depth. Now? I worry.

f) Barkley. Goodness me, it actually does look like he wants out. Shambolic betrayal by him. Provided we get at least £35m I will not be sad to see him go. In the unlikely event he now signs, he needs to pull his head out of his ass and start making an effort.

g) Lukaku needs to stay. Make three or four strong signings ASAP to convince him. GK, CB, 2 creative attacking types. More later in the window, after we clear out the likes of McGeady, Niasse, McCarthy, Barry, Rodriguez, Tarashaj and McAleny. Bring Del back for one last chance.

Do you think lukaku played well today?

I'm going to start with the fact that I love Everton Fooball Club. They have been an important part of my identity, it's real for me and thousands of other Blues. We have a fabric and an identity that makes me think we are different. A core value of being honest, hard working, skilful and determined. I think Everton is about stuff like that. On my way back now after today, I can tell you, we are shambolic. Hate to say the words, but we are.

Like many of us we hear the romantic nonsense played out about us being the People's Club, Being Manufactured, One Blue is worth etc. You know what, it ain't t like that in the real world. We gave up competing weeks ago. Seventh is somehow ok. Known that we'd finish there for weeks. Players knew that, fans knew it too. West Ham, Tottenham, United, Watford at home, Chelsea at home....go back as far as you like - but today against ten men?

In no mood to call any individual player out. For any player today, look at yourself and your performance then look me in the eye and say we were unlucky because....

I will look you straight back in the eye and say you didn't care. You gave up. What I want and what many on that pitch want are different.

New players, who stays, who goes, it ain't up to me. One thing I am certain of though is that team today did not deserve the support it receives. Again.
