Bigger picture thinking, I would imagine our training sessions have been very light all month keeping in mind we need to be well up to speed a month earlier next season.

In that context, I can't say I'm fuming or surprised they've jogged through a load of nothing games.

Why aren't you equally mad at the teammates who are supposedly needing Barkley to win them a game ? if Barkleys gash but they still need him then surely you should be more concerned about them ?
