Well, this is the first painting I thought of when I saw it:

Idiots! They've been holding onto the paintings since 2015?

In any half-decent heist movie, from Gambit to Ocean's 11, rule no. 1 is you're suppose to organize a buyer/fence BEFORE the heist!

I bet they didn't even travel to Monte Carlo to plan the heist while driving long the cliffs of the mountains in a hired Ferrari.

Bloody amateur hour here lads... 🤦‍♂️

I came across this painting while looking at some epic battle paintings.

It's the Cuirassiers Charging The Highlanders At The Battle Of Waterloo by Henri Félix Emmanuel Philippoteaux.

Napoleon's final battle so to speak.
