Everton want 14m euro for him, apparently, but Sevilla are hoping that Everton will negotiate.

Interesting to see the people on here who would have accepted a measly £12.5 million 2 years ago.
Nevertheless, it's amazing how clueless some people were.
Not when he wants to leave and come back to Spain.14m euros what a load of my arse! He's worth double.

Arteta's Girl - good shout about Sevilla using Arteta to get Cigarini, but I don't understand your claim that "they can't afford him". They actually are rich enough to pay 12-15 mln euros for him.
I agree it's a big money for them, but they really, really need CM like Arteta. Since Dani Alves left (who was their playmaker, despite officially playing as RB) they are horribly one-dimensional - with defensive players in the middle and classic wingers. They've tried to change it with Romaric, but he disappointed over last 2 years, so they know they will have to pay to get somebody much, much better than him.Just what I got told off my mate out there. He says that sort of money is a hell of a lot for them in this climate and he doesn't believe they can afford to pay what we'd want.

If the club is willing to sell its heart, brain and soul for £14 million, then there is no hope for us.
