I imagine that's fine, The Athletic have a paywall up, so if someone who has paid copies and pastes it into here they are avoiding the paywall for others. If you twitter link it people would still need to pay to view the article.

Wait - if the journalists read here, I’m going to assume they get at the very least ideas for their articles.

if anyone notices anything written in the athletic that originates from here, can we order them to cease and desist. Or alternatively can we paraphrase what they write in their article in order to write what they say but not close enough to be plagiarism?

wont last long anyway, it’s a good concept but people will go for free with adverts (which is how they get paid) over subscription with no advisers. Especially as most articles will be paraphrasing what already exists here (minus the negativity of certain cat-faced oranges).
