we were all warned by moyes that this was what to expect. now its happening it is hard. these players were never on the original radar and are last minute panic buys. any1 who thinks different lives in cuckoo land.

it is a fekin disgrace. but i still wouldnt have any other manager at the helm!!!!!

sack the board!!!

And you can prove this fact based statement how?

Cuckoo land indeed.

How very rich.

Coming from the lad who would be happy if Kenwright spent 1.5 million:lol:.

More embarassment pal i have no idea what you are on about.

Cal have you heard of a club called leeds united?! I dont know if you know but they were kind of similar to us they got into the champions league and gambled on doing it again by spending big money on lots of players. The gamble didnt pay off. What league are they in now....?!

nail hit squarely on the noggin,

Also quality is not always in the transfer fee

To be fair to Cal he has never advocated suicidal debt just a reasonable transfer kitty, but looking at the situation now finding a player worth the fee will be hard as every one knows we are all waiting for the big one so do the clubs and up goes the price.:(

Isee you know this well Suits so explain to me where this extra £10 million comes from the club said IF we fill the ground which is unlikely we never fill Goodison that often and the rest from use of the stadium and its facilities.when Kirkby have stated we can not use the ground for non football activities concerts ect because of disturbing the locals and the same council want to use the conference room for free100 times a year with us paying them the cost of holding it elsewhere if we cant allow it as compensation .this is off the Kirby council statements as I would not trust Keioc myself although I admit I am a no voter,

goodison has this problem of restricted views you see, what it means is that although you pay your £30 you dont actually get to see all of the game.

lets do some maths. add the above, to the following...

goodison has a problem with facilities, modern stadia laws mean that for so many thousands of people a law defined amount of toilets must be provided.

lets add something else...

getting served before the match or at half time in the ... bullens, upper gwlady, parts of main stand is impossible.

average attendance now is around 35k.

pitiful corporate facilities means that cash cow isnt milked.

non matchday events + certain sponsorships.

every penny extra there is a penny better off than at goodison. an extra £10 mill a year for the manager was in my humble opinion, a down played figure.

goodison is strangling everton football club, everton football club is not goodison park.

Suits you have pointed out faults that no one is denying But you still have not stated where the £10 million is coming from its just not viable the extra revenue that it would make is not enough to warrant the amount of debt and interest payments the club would have to find honest mate I would have have helped the club move to the Kings dock and if a good deal was struck for Kirkby or almost anywhere I would do the same but up to now no one has shown me where this move can make that amount the Kirkby council restrictions only making it more unlikely every one assumes that if you dont want Kirkby its a boarder line thing it is not to me its more important that the future of our club is protected if we go to Kirkby by the time its finished I will not have much more games to go to as my health is getting worse so its not a personal option I would and do go all over the country and Europe although thats out the question now so moving the small distance to kirkby is not a deterrent it is purely on the financial claims that are not only misleading but clearly wrong .Wyness waxed lyrical first it was free until the last claim is £78million and Everton being responsible for the overspend now I dont know your experiance in this but I have never known one to come in on budget yes you can insured against it but in the current financial climate if we found some one willing the cost to the club would be enormous and when you also consider that the Liverpool council are being difficult over the selling of Bellfield as well sorry mate it just will not happen the money I mean the move is in the lap of the gods even the yanks our struggling across the park with a lot more cash than we have.Could you explain where the £10 million was under played I am curious as to how you come to this conclusion as guys that want the move up to now have accepted that that amount was at best at the top of the scale in that the ground was full and the use of the facilities were used to the maximum this of course was before Kirkby imposed restrictions

Asking for a decent budget on here is like me asking you if i can piss in your ear.
