The only in the know thing I got was from my mother in law. Her friends daughter is a model who went out with lukaku a few times (he sounds mental btw - facetimed his mum on first date so she could meet her etc).

Anyway, he told her earlier in the summer he was off to Chelsea. No saying he's not but that he's holding out for Real Madrid (I'm assuming that's not this year).

It's a ridiculous source but all true.

yes mate, 15m doesn't faze me for a player who we would get 3 quality seasons from. Everyone thought paying 5m for Distin was a lot at the time and he was a brilliant buy and I could see Williams being a similar type of buy.

yep we are short of a few mouths willing to give someone a rollicking on the pitch and lead by example. I've always thought he was decent and being 31 or 32 doesn't bother me because in 2 years time I think Galloway and Holgate will be well ready to step up. I've been very impressed with Holgate from the little I've seen pre season.
