15 mil is nothing in this market though, name me a better centre half we could get for that price right now

Sure we could probably get a younger one who will go on to be a better player, but did you see our defence last season? We need a top class centre half who can come in and sure up our defence now, and then possibly a younger, world class centre half when Stones leaves

How old are you? Richard Gough was a great player in very bad times.

The way he read the game was unreal. I was around 10 years old and learning how to play CB without having any pace at the time myself and my dad just told me to watch Gough week in week out. Great defender.

Yeah everybody loves Baines but he's just not the right character to be captain on the pitch. I love him and hope he always stays at Everton in one capacity or another but he's not captain material IMO.

Its too much for someone too old for the price. Its the same price we paid for Fellaini. Its a ridiculous sum of money.
