Mate, he was a stop gap and the young lads could learn a thing or two from. It was good management to bring him in.

He was signed for FREE !

This is setting a very bad precedent and means clubs see us as desperate and put the price up.

Signing players becomes more difficult. All because people on the likes of this forum are desperate. For players at exorbitant prices.

Ridiculous desperation on here.

I love seeing players like that that give their all 100% of the time and never back down from a fight. It's something we're sorely lacking and I think he'd be perfect for us

Tbf basing prices of players we are buying now to the prices of a player we bourght 8 years ago doesn't really hold up.

Don't think it's desperate mate. If we get 2 years out of him I'd happily pay it as this team desperately lacks leadership and commitment.

It's been a type of player we've been short of for a while, we need more John terry type players that will literally skid along the floor to get their head in the way of a shot lol
