Mate, Elmohamady is absolutely awful. He can't even get in Hull's side this season, and before that couldn't get in a woeful Sunderland, he can't "do a job" for anybody.

He has played 29 games for Hull this season, missed a month with the AFCON and a suspension after a sending off against the RS. (Passion! Yeah!)

Seriously do you watch much of him?

Not saying I do either by the way but there are surely worse players around. He has racked up over 200 top flight games, he must be capable of doing a "job" for someone.

He may have been the final piece of Martinez's beautiful jigsaw.

He is a Championship player in every sense of the word mate, it's why he's flitted between Hull and Sunderland. Half of those 200 appearances were in the Championship. Absolute Bobby-esque dross.

I can...

You never know how a player will do at a club until they sign for said club.

I'm not sure what the Walsh thing has to do with anything?

Elmohamedy isn't even that bad! Not saying he is great or anything but its nothing like a McGeady signing as he has proven he can do a job in the premier league whereas McGeady has not.

I think he is not good enough for Everton. He can do a job but that is a bottom half team which is not the direction this club are aiming. And unlike Williams (to Swansea) Elmohamedy is not the stand out player of Hull. If the fraud is still here with the like in Elmohamedy he would relegate this club.

Williams is a Koeman signing so that is good enough for me.

You're going to have no joy with this mate

It's like me suggesting Robbie Brady

They're just never going to go for it, regardless of how decent he can be on his day or how well he'd fit into our set up

He's tarnished in their eyes because of his previous clubs, and they will refuse to see the good he brings to the table

But Ahmed Elmohamady is a genuinely woeful footballer hahahaha oh my god what is going on.

Ashley Williams doe.

He's a good defender when the game is ahead of him, actually he's brilliant but if he has to push up then well he's all kinds of bad.

This is all ignoring his terrible ball playing ability.

While I agree we do need defenders with more pace, so we have the option to push higher up the pitch, I thought he got it spot on last night. It reminded me a lot of when we beat City 4-0. We soaked up the pressure and hit them on the break time and again. With better play from the forwards we'd have scored a few more last night.

That seems to work against sides who aren't the most mobile, but not against sides who move much quicker. Hence why we need pacier players ourselves so we can play well against both.

I think Williams has been poor all season, and I personally think that Jags is the superior player. But Williams did play well last night (as did Jags) and it was harsh how his night ended.
It didn't work at all really. United were poor but actually scored what looks like a decent goals and hit the bar twice. Playing as deep as that is only a success, imo, when you restrict a team to no clear chances. He had us flying by the seat of our pants second half last night and we ran out of luck on the 94th minute.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying we should sign him! Just he isn't THAT bad.

I like Brady, gets forward well and can hit a ball.

But he isn't here is here so why go on about him? He has been gone a year!

Williams was not the stand out player at Swansea by the way. Surely that would be Sigurdsson?

Williams has been "fine" for us. he has not been particularly good either though. It is his first season here mind...
