Joking when I got married at 22 yrs old with a mortgage I seemed to disappear with extra work - work on my house particularly toilet seats were a pain lol

My late father in law paid 95 percent of a large wedding told me take the money pay half your mortgage off and have a decent honeymoon TBH weddings pass you by a load of family hangers on at expense he was spot on!lol

That was the wedding originally yeah, small and cheap for the marriage certificate. Weirdly enough, despite the fact she has no idea about the bigger wedding plan, she has still been pushing the price up for wedding dresses and the like.
Yeah right now i am leaning towards it a little bit. I will sound it out at home tonight and see how it goes. not in a permission thing, she does genuinely want me to have a stag do, just wants me to include her dad and brothers in it.

Go for a drink with lads that really are your mates and ask the Mods to open up a few " forbidden " threads on here for a few hours. You know it makes sense

i never meant on the stag, just generally. One character type poster on here gets very drunk and people reply to him all night until they fall asleep or whatever.
