With what Rondon has brought to the table tonight I would rather we gave Simms a run.

Simms has just come back from injury I think and isn't entirely up to speed either.

He is a professional footballer!

The way some people talk you would think he went around the pitch on a zimmerframe and took regular naps as the play went on around him.

He offers NOTHING when off the ball.

He's remarkable when ON the ball.

As you can see, the reason our system is working so effectively is because we're not giving our opposition a second on the ball.

James is a player that 'pretends' to be doing his part off the ball but you can tell he has no real desire to win it and is half ass-ing it.

That's not going to cut it.

I'd only bring him on when we're ahead unless he can improve his stamina / attitude
