I imagine our(Villa)s' preperation will not include a starting player tearing his acl 24 hours before the game gets played again. I don't know if we will play with the famous high line as much now that Mings is out. Think Jaden Philogene gets a start as well

Newcastle lined up in a 4-3-3 last week and enjoying a lot of joy down their wings so I expect us to push their defence back especially after Mings being out.

Hopefully Danjuma and Iwobi can get plenty of joy down the flanks

I still think they're going to be a formidable club overall this season but Aston villa is still trying adapt players so this the time to play them. I think a full press could destabilize them like it did with Newcastle

I can't get over the optimism on here. WE don't have a goalscorer in the line up, DCL is maybe, maybe good for a half, McNeil (top scorer last year) is out. Who are we looking to? Couple this with the chances of us not making a defensive FUBAR..... A draw would be a major result for us.

There is no way Doucoure isn't starting especially when we are going to be expected to defend for large periods of the game, under Dyche he starts and plays the full 90 mins most games.
