stretford blue
Player Valuation: £35m
Villa haven't even had to try here
I hope he does leave. Yes, the squad is thin and lacking in quality but this game is on HIM.I understand that Dyche is teetering on the brink of leaving such is the lack of support from the Everton hierarchy. If he leaves say before the Wolves game, who would take big Dunc as his replacement? If not him, who is available?
Nobody deserves a 6 or 5 3 max for DanjumaThe 1 pointOfficial ratings:
Pickford - 5 - Soft of him to come out the way he did. Always going to be a penalty.
Patterson - 4 - Just offers so, so little as a modern full back. Slow, clumsy, poor in possession. I have a bit of sympathy as it has to be soul-destroying as a full back for Everton with no support on the wing.
Tarkowski - 5 - Brought down to his CB partner's level but he's the captain there and is doing nothing to fire them up.
Keane - 1 - Just the performance we all expected really. Two decent assists for Villa.
Young - 5 - Skinned alive for the first goal, no real impact after that. Must be hard with absolutely nothing on the wing ahead of him mind you.
Onana - 4 - Didn't notice him whatsoever, as usual. Needs selling to get some money in, but it'd probably just end up disappearing anyway.
Gueye - 4 - Best days are long gone. Liability today leaving gaping holes in our midfield. Him and Onana cannot play together again, but will.
Garner - 6 - Our best player again, but zero support in front or alongside him so it's impossible for him to have an impact on the game.
Doucouré - 4 - Nowhere to be seen.
Iwobi - 3 - Pathetic as per. Get kin rid ffs.
DCL - N/A - So many terrible players 'supporting' him, up front by himself, injured in an innocuous challenge early on.
Dyche - 0 - Abysmal team selection. Why not start Danjuma who appears to be fit? Michael Keane, really? Four central midfielders on the field? Get gone you useless waste of space.
