He didn't have a good season at Zenit from what I've read by Russian footie fans. His market value has been on the decline... I'd swerve on this one, the couple of time I've seen him play hasn't convinced me a bit. A bit of a nothing player tbf, I've never seen him change a game, what is he really good at anyway? Shots? No. Header of the ball? Nope. Good passer? Not particularly. Good tackler? Not bad, but we have Mo Besic who's better in many aspects and has big potential. I just can't come up with plausible arguments why this guy would make us much stronger other than squad depth. He's nowhere near worth 30 mill, not even half of it.
