Nothing changed for them wuith the change of manager mate, they are still trying to do business the exact same way, overpaying massively for a player with a couple of decent premier league seasons in Mane, and failing to convince any established name to join them (see Gotze and the Brazillian lad from Shaktar last January)

They are either badly dithering as usual with targets, or they are trying to scrape buy with paying the minimum they can on some and losing out, then forced into panic measures and overpaying to get their second or more likely 3rd choice ones in before they too go
