My best friend is the trainer for a upper echelon American Football team. I asked him about hamstrings a few weeks back and he said if there is a string of hamstrings issues then you really need to look into the strength program and not the coaches or physios.

Good point but he shouldn't have been taking them at all if he couldn't take them properly.

They're all injured, everyone is sick, Lukaku's left leg has fallen off and Kone is the only fit player we have over the age of 12.......we'll batter Watford 3-1..........
