Gutted for Baines but thrilled for Everton.

I think he'll have just a bit to prove beginning next season. I for one, can't wait to see how he starts.

I wasn't really that suprised, it's not a huge deal anyway, like Sven, Capello is swayed by the media. If really was going on form players I doubt he'd be taking Cole, Heskey, Wright-Phillips, Ferdinand... The list goes on. Interesting to see how Baines starts next season though.

You'll get all the excitement in the group stages, especially when the African teams are playing, after that it just gets a bit stifled

Of course I'll be cheering England on as you do. But I just feel...
Capello > Sven > Capello
Capello superior in achievements and overall management. It just really does seem now that its a recurring thing with the favouritism in England managers, Capello had no intention of taking Scott Parker or Michael Dawson (He would've at least tested them in the 2 friendlies had he.), simply there to even out the numbers. The national team just reminds me of P.E when you played footie, you always knew who was going to be picked first.
Anyway enough ranting, Cigarette time I think!

i will be cheering crouch, hart ,defoe ,carrick ,j cole and milner (good solid grounded players), as for the rest of englands players im finding it hard to find motivation to back them.
its a team of a'holes as far as im concerned.

argentina and nigeria are the teams i fancy a flutter on.

I was being ironic. The last three Everton players to play for england have all been slated. So the press will probably still find a way to blame him, or some other " lesser" player , other than blame a " Sky 4 superstar" if he plays [Poor language removed]
