I don't understand why you're okay with Fox revealing stuff that you've told him but not doing it yourself?

You're having a go at people "ITK" by claiming to be "ITK" whilst having no evidence of either, at the moment.

Secondary school, right through till he left. All Saints RC High in Kirkby. It's knocked down now. I know his wife too - Rachael Meskell her name was, for the record. Obviously Rachael Baines now.

He wasn't a red at all. He pretended he was to a few members of his family apparently (judging from a few interviews he did) but all the way through secondary school he was a blatant blue; so unless that certain age was 10 years old you're talking out of your arse.

Also, sad though it is, he wouldn't have been the first blue to pretend to be a red in the 90s. We were absolutely shocking, and I remember at least one of my mates telling me in secret he was really a blue but was made fun of for being gay and not liking footy (not true, but still) so he said he was a RS fan.

His dad would have fumed had he known, having met him since. Staunch toffee.

Not looking for a fight at all - I'm just a bit tired of the "Baines was a Kopite" nonsense over and over again when I'm 100% certain he wasn't.

I'm not surprised at all he's staying. He's a very decent lad; he'd only go if the club wanted the money, so if he stays it's a good sign that the club isn't offloading deliberately and forcing players out.
