baines staying put

a) time for the Everton chant writers to get working ahead of the opening day.

b) Baines will have a stand named after him one day. We'll all be dead and gone when it happens but it will happen.
 

Reading the post from Fox it seems that Utd wanted to buy Baines and contacted him about a possible move.
But that Everton didn't want to sell or at least were not actively trying to sell the player.

I am hoping this means that the squad will be kept to-gether apart from the sale of peripheral players plus of course the addition of Naismith,Pienaar hopefully and maybe one more.

sorry but Bluefox had proven himself and looks like Baines has ruled out moving and if he doesnt sign for them nothing can be done
 

He's been saying to me since May, he was away, the club wanted rid for the money UNLESS Leighton turned the move down.

Lo and behold....

He said from Day 1 he didnt wanna leave.

Speaking as somebody who knows where Fox gets info, I can assure you, its not jarg.

But believe what you wish.
