The media only give a toss if it's the "top 6" clubs mate. It's why the fans need to make a stand with the manager and take banners etc. MAKE the media stand up and take notice.

Hitler got a good few years out the Wehrmacht as well before it all became unhinged; Martinez has only got one strong season out of our squad.

Aye mate but unfortunately we haven't had the big money to spend that Sky tug their turkeys over although perhaps that might change with the new owner.

Problem is LVG only has to fart and the media are pressuring him, Martinez on the otherhand would need to do a Gary Monk and have us on a 7-8 game losing streak for them to pipe up (look at Pardew at Palace)

Like they say in that video, the cracks are showing now. We should be performing way better than what we are. Some inconsistency is going to be there with such a young side but the only consistency we have is that we are rubbish.

There seems no light at the end of the tunnel, we have been bang average for two seasons now. We have a brilliant squad of players to select one of the strongest starting 11s in the league.

Martinez is responsible for the majority of the issues we are seeing. Like they said 7 seasons in the Prem and he's finished in the top half once. Ridiculous. Last season we were clutching at the europa league, this season it's the fa cup. Kudos to baines for speaking up, I think he genuinely cares for the club.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see what the reaction is if the fans protest. I'm just waiting to see what the situation is after the derby/semi-final week because RM will really have to pull a rabbit out of the hat to turn things around. I, personally, don't think he can do it but stranger things have happened.

What Baines has come out and said...it's no great surprise really is it? We've all known something like this would come out it was just a matter of time when it did. Obviously not great to hear with an upcoming semi final approaching but the cracks have been showing for a while now.

Not many in the squad have a history of being in the top 6 regularly though. Whilst we are not as bad as we currently seem to be we are not quite as good as most of us think we are either. There are some major flaws in our players.
