Beer, revisited

Had some of this tonight. Amazing, tastes like a dark chocolate drink with a hint of chili. One of the best beers I have had. That said, it should be for £20 a bottle.
 
Quick question for yourself @silent bob: do you not find it difficult sometimes switching between so many different ales in one evening?

Obviously at a beer festival it's great fun and if you're moving between a few establishments, but I find so many different ales can sour the pallet.

And that's before souring the smell of the bedroom the next morning.

£20?! Try some Ilkley Brewery Mayan, that's far more reasonably priced and sounds similar in flavours!

As a fairly recent convert to the world of cask beer I try to sample as many different ales as possible. Some good, some bad, you don't know until you try.
