Beer, revisited

Saturday night in a village on the Yorkshire Wolds.

The Guzzler was the best out of the bunch by miles.
Not tried Guzzler but the Wold Top are generally very nice beers. I'm looking for a Yorkshire beer for my wedding (as the mrs is from York) - would you say the Guzzler would keep everyone happy so to speak! Ha ha! Don't want anything over around 4.5% or everyone will riot!

Guzzler is a great session beer due to its low strength - 3.6%.

It's low strength doesn't detract from its flavour and also if it's looked after properly the lager drinkers will give it a go too, due to it being a golden beer.

I'd say Guzzler would be perfect for the wedding ;)

I was on a crawl with a mate yesterday, four successive pubs had loads of choices but nothing below 4.5%. 3 in the afternoon ffs!
I've had this a few times now, lot to be said for good session beers .

Acquired a load of these. Any good?

Won't touch anything over 4% on a daytime session, otherwise it's an early bath !

If everything on offer is too strong, I'll have half a mild and half a Guiness, which is known as a " fifty " in Liverpool.

It's a nice lower strength alternative ;)
