If you're ever in Bristol give their brewery a visit, it's in the brewery triangle so you've got them, Dawkin's, Left Handed Giant, Good Chemistry and Moor. They all have good brewery taps, the Moor one is fabulous.

Nice, always wanted to go to Bristol. Moor has a place in London too which I have been to a few times. Always have a barley wine or old ale on, good fun.

Old ale, you don't see many of those nowadays. Morland used to do a delicious one before they were swallowed up by Greene King.
 

Had this a few days ago, never had their beers before, eminently quaffable.

In fact, it was so nice I tried a couple of these, which were also top-hole.

Both good session beers, but the star was Red Willow brewery.
