3 hours in at the beer festival in Hulme Hall, that point where you’re kidding yourself that you can still taste the difference. Might have to go on to pints

Had a couple of pints of this at my local pub last night. I've had it before but wasn't hugely fussed, but I really enjoyed it last night. Local beer too which is always good.

Yorkshire Blonde 3.9 % - Ossett

California 3.8% - Wigan Brewhouse

I’ve had the Yorkshire Blonde a few times now and it’s always good, however the California was fantastic.

Light, crisp and zesty. It would make a cracking summer drink !

If you mean the Shrew in Oxton that ain't what it was to be honest, bit of a bellend magnet. My folks used to live near the Travellers Rest for a bit, that's a smashin old pub. Good to see the Beagles in there.
