Picked up a sixer of these last night. Have had better Hefeweizen but a pretty good beer

Lovely drop from Left Handed Giant. Sounds like it might be a bit much but the flavours blend really well into a complex and rich brew. Smashin.

Last nights offering :

Dry Bones (4%) Wigan Brewhouse.

It was so good, I stayed on it all night.

Crisp, zesty, not over hopped and with a slight after taste of honey.

Would be a cracker in the Summer.

Absolutely epic beer combining 3 of my favourite beer elements, red ale, sorachi hop and barley wine, tastes like the sort of thing Henry VIII would quaff before a hard days a' hunting and a hard night's a' rogering.

Very nice malty keller lager, nose is like a bitter, has a caramelly taste but with a sharp, dry bite at the finish. Different, but a tidy brew indeed.

Last nights :

Hinky Punk 4% - Big Bog.

Really really pale, quite dry. Wasn’t sure at first, but once you’d got past the dryness, it was a really nice pint.

I've had that, very nice, and I don't particularly like hoppy beers.
