Beavertown brewery was founded by Robert Plant’s son and apparently Neck oil got its name because Robert Plant used to come in from work (presumably before he was famous) have a drink and say “I’m going to oil my neck”.

We went to the Northern Monk Brewery recently. Its a fantastic place and less than half an hour walk from the train station.

Once found their beer on draught in a bar just off las ramblas in Barcelona.

It’s mad the places you find decent beer at.

The best pint of Guiness I’ve ever had was a little bar in Fuenteventura, where the Spanish owner was fanatical about it.
