Bellew-Haye

Is it true that Haye took all six rounds before he picked up an ankle injury?

Just read that elsewhere and someone posted the scorecard to back it up.
Depends who you ask. Bellew took the first without a doubt. Many unbiased non-Bellew haters had it around 4-2 Haye after 6, and considering Bellew's game plan would have been to get through to the second half of the fight and see what happens that's not bad going.

The fight was 4-2 after 6 mate. Which in all honesty would have been as good as Bellow would have been hoping for and very winnable from that position.

looking that achilles injury, when it happened....not so convinced actually. he felt that he was loosing

...you guys remember that little toe thingy ffs.

like i said before the match, haye is a fraud.

Was probably 4-1 then got injured in the sixth and lost that comfortably.

Bellew despite those cards never looked uncomfortable. Amazed that he got tagged so inocululously in the Goodison fight and yet soaked some decent Haye hits. Fantastic to be fair

I'm, not a boxing fan but the hullabaloo around it provoked some interest about the outcome.

So is this fake news or is it legit?:

Reading the commments of "hardcore" fans on the boxing forums last night was hilarious. Vast majority of them before the fight had given Bellew literally no chance. "Over in 2", "biggest mismatch of all time", "Bellew is a joke" was the feeling of 95% of them. After the fight it was "he only won because of the injury", totally ignoring the fact that even in the early rounds Tony was more than standing up to Haye. I could almost taste their bitter tears through my phone, and they were delicious.

Apologies if this makes little sense I'm still drunk.

I'm a massive boxing fan and I've travelled all over the world to watch it . Bellew was an outsider , calling him that pre fight doesn't make you wrong . Even some people close to bellew weren't convinced about him taking the fight . Age is the biggest equaliser ever and ittakes its toll it's why fury won the title and Holmes beat Ali.

Bellew prepared for the fight , he was up for it and in my opinion (I know you should never score in the stadium full of beer ) I thought he was the better fighter on the night . You can usually tell , in a fight like this , after the first few minutes and you could . Bellew moved well and got him , haye was surprised by the power I think and he's never liked taking a dig.

It was a great performance, Bellew deserves huge credit for that especially on an Everton forum. Well in tony lad .

Everyone what's to fight Tony now, whyte chisora, and haye wants a rematch there's anothet big payday waiting for him.

Looks legit mate. As I said 4-2 after 6.
It happened (the injury to Haye) in the 6th though, so from that scorecard Haye was up 4-1 until it happened?

If he's rolled his ankle or done his Achilles as seems to be the case then that has to be seen as very unfortunate for Haye and a real game changer for Bellew.

Glad the Evertonian won like, under whatever circumstances. But Haye looks like he was well on top before the 6th and his injury?

Not really no, he threw more but he was never comfortable

That has Haye 4-2 after 6 though, you said was it right that he lost every round before the injury ?
Well as I just explained - the injury happened in the 6th so we can leave that open to conjecture as to who would have won it (unless it happened in the last seconds of the round? I have no idea.) That scores it 4-1 to Haye and Bellew with an uphill task prior to Haye's injury.
