I want him to be good but the truth is he cant defend well enough to be a defender and cant play football well enough to play elsewhere

On the floor defending he's as good as we've got, but he needs to improve in the air and with his distribution, which is far too much sideways and backwards.

Yes, been regularly pointed out on here his positional sense his awful, he is poor in the air and distribution leaves a lot to be desired.
