People talk about his positional play.

Well of course it isn’t going to be that of a left back, because he isn’t a left back.

Mykolenko is a left back and his positional sense is shocking we’ve seen that in the last week or ten days…

Godfrey read the game fairly well today, he made a couple of good interceptions.

I would much rather keep him in the side as let’s all have it right Mykolenko isn’t anywhere near good enough for the championship let alone the prem.

That 18m for Mykolenko looks dodgier the more he plays. If you’d have told me we’d paid £1.8m for him I wouldn’t believe you. Absolutely terrible. I truly think he’s the worst player I’ve seen in an Everton shirt for years.

He’s been out the team and probably feeling a bit aggrieved. He’s aggressive, mobile, doesn’t hide and is decent in the air too.

Take him over Mykolenko every day of the week.

He was quality under Ancelotti and has been plagued with injury since. The Everton curse strikes again.

His dad was a rugby league player wasn’t he. Ben has made a more lucrative career choice but can’t help but feel he’d have made a better rugby player than a footballer.

Godfrey can only play in a 3 IMO. And his best games for us IMO have been at LB funny enough. But it's not really an answer.
