I think Godfrey will end up being the player that didn’t work out with us but will go and develop somewhere else sadly. He will really suit playing right side of a three, in fact he’d be excellent in that system with Tarkowski and Branthwaite in my opinion. Watched him play at Shrewsbury for a year and he was different class at a young age.

He has our best record as a right back of all our right backs last year in terms of goals conceded etc. So it was helpful for us as well

I like Godfrey hes not amazing but i'm not surprised he's going to a good level I don't know why people are acting like he's Niasse or something he's a capable player just hasn't been able to nail down a position I wish him well wherever he goes.

Yeah shame we had no other players (we did) other than him and Young to play at RB.

He was on his way for zero in 12 months time, and he’s no more than a back up utility defender for us (who wants to play CB but cannot head a ball).

If we can get double digit millions for him then that’s a result for us IMO
