Should we see the positives in Benitez work at Everton?

He was way worse than I expected. He will definitely have some culpability if we get relegated. I would say it will be shared between Moshiri, Siggurdson, Benitez, Lampard and the players.

How will he, he left with half a season left to play and 6 points clear of the relegation. If we get relegated, he can't be held responsible.

It's interesting that on social media fans of other clubs are all saying that we shouldn't have sacked Rafael and if we are relegated it will be because we sacked Rafael.

By “social media fans of other clubs” I take it you mean your mates over at RAWK?

That's because they didn't have to watch us. The football was appalling as were the results. The tactics were clueless and we had 1 win in 15 games. Even the games we won we only played well in small doses, and had less possession in every single game. He was a disaster, not because he used to manage the rs, but because he doesn't have a clue how to manage a team these days.

Hello mate.

Do you have a day job working for the Russian Ministry of Truth by per chance?

He had all the easy fixtures at the start of the season, Everton were in big trouble after that, he predictably wasted 40 million on two full backs not good enough to sit on the bench and no way Everton would of beaten leeds with him in charge.

There are no easy fixtures when your side is one of the worst in the league.
Ancelotti said it before Benitez even came in the picture: it's the mentality of the players. Mental midgets is what they are. We would be better off playing City every week. At least the players will be up for it and show purpose and fight.

Look at what's happening now: the vultures are already circling over Lampard's head. Even the pre-match moaning about the teamselection is as bad as it was under Benitez.

Should have just given Allardyce a crack of the whip. Instead we appoint the Italian Allardyce, followed by the Spanish Allardyce. And now Frank Spencer is in charge.
