He was a problem though. Everyone accepted that there were other issues. He led our form to be rock bottom and for all morale to be destroyed and removed from the club. He spent 6 months making the defence become so abject, and the attack become so lifeless.#rafawasnttheproblem
Where's me wash board eh? Have you seen it ?He's a great coach. That wasn't the problem.
We were having a nosebleed we were falling that fast you absolute plum8 points off top 10, 6 clear of relegation when Rafael left.
We're now 13 off top 10 and level on points with the relegation zone.
Yes he was, that's why he got sacked.

Takes a long time to overturn that, even with quality players, let alone the average bunch we have.
OH MY GOD YOU'RE STILL 'KIN HERE??!!!!!!Yet we were better at attacking and better defensively than what Lampard is so far. What is it now 3 games without a shot on target since Frank came here.

Cant you just follow you're pinkie mates collywobbles and everthgobshitimist and bugger off from this fine forum.I thi k we would have got at least a draw against Villa and Newcastle. Rafael facing Gerrard and his former club would have spurn him on. I would have fancied us getting something out of the City and Spurs games under Rafael too as he did earlier this season. Rafael was always better at getting points against bigger teams than he was smaller teams.
We may not have been top 19 right now under Rafael, but I doubt we would have been level on points with the drop zone.
So we would have been 20th? Great. Wish we had kept him then ?I thi k we would have got at least a draw against Villa and Newcastle. Rafael facing Gerrard and his former club would have spurn him on. How will he, he left with half a season left to play and 6 points clear of the relegation. If we get relegated, he can't be held responsible.
It's interesting that on social media fans of other clubs are all saying that we shouldn't have sacked Rafael and if we are relegated it will be because we sacked Rafael.
