He was class today. Every time he got the ball he scared the bejesus out of the Leicester players and their fans. The Leicester lad I was with looked as miserable a sin.......

When we got him I felt he'd be our most exciting signing since Kanchelskis. Really showing that. As good as Peinaar but probably a bit quicker, but perhaps crucially doesn't look as dependant upon having the same left back behind him to get the best out of him.

He also looks a player that we have lacked post Arteta/Peinaar/Osman, a lad who wants to dominate the ball. We have a lot of players who will do their best work in 1/2/3 touches whereas this lad can just take control of the ball.

Wonderful to watch and he will make lots of chances for us.

How about the way he the way he slows down or stops moving with the ball and lets the play develop around him and gives him self a chance to asses his options. Ow yeah more of that please!
