Just got back from there a week ago, after a short stay.Seville is definitely up there.
Got a real thing for Bilbao as well, amazing food
Fabulous place, loved it, but I would never want to live thereIn all seriousness….Cape Town is hands down the maddest and best city I’ve ever been.
Apart from Fremantle. There is no ‘Best City in the World’. Every city brings something different to either love or hate…they are just ‘different’……
Yeah my brother lives there. Even taking into account the high rental prices, the general cost of living, the fires, floods, brownouts - he is adamant that there’s no other place he’d rather live.Tell me about it, I was there recently. If your income supports it, I'd say the extra expense is worth it for being able to live there.
You could live in London for years and never meet a tourist. Generally speaking tourists stick to very specific areas (like Greenwich for example), and if you live there you avoid those places like the plague. It’s why questions like this are so hard to answer, what’s good for a few days or weeks and what’s good as a permanent thing are totally different.I genuinely see zero draw to living in London. Most of the city is extremely scruffy and full of tourists. It has some quality areas like Greenwich, but living anywhere in London would be one overpriced hassle.
Not to mention they're well overdue an earthquake!Yeah my brother lives there. Even taking into account the high rental prices, the general cost of living, the fires, floods, brownouts - he is adamant that there’s no other place he’d rather live.
