Best cooked breakfast you ever had

Do you what mate initially I honestly thought you meant a ‘pogue branded’ Ulster fry , like the whiskey and prepared by spider Stacey and cait O’Riordain . I’ll plan another visit to pogues asap .

Agreed that Proper white pudding is unbelievable

Mate infact you know what I think I’m wrong. I mean they might do one but if you’re looking at the Adelphi the pub to the left of it on the corner definitely does one. I’m sure it’s where all the students go for it. I think they even do Ulster Fry, am I calling that the right thing? The thing that looks like spam? I’ve never tried it but know a few people that swore by it

I remember during my very first job, we used to have a greasy spoon style cafe. Managed to get beige breakfasts for £2 (this was about 30 years ago)

Sausages. Bacon, eggs, toast. All served on a filthy plate with a glass of orange, I couldn’t bear to even try that these days by my god those where the days

Yes, I know hash browns have no place on a breakfast

The Shiraz ? Does a decent brekkie actually , haven’t seen Ulster fry in there but it is as you describe and used to be magnificent on a butty.

Cheers

Partially better of great travel memories but also because it was delicious, one of my absolute favourites was fried boneless bangus (fish) with garlic rice and a fried egg from the Philippines.

I've had tinned spam on a breakfast before now,
Slice it thin heat it up, just like the old ulster fry you used to get.
Nice on toast as well
I was gonna say "from my uni days" but it was only last week
