I feel exactly the same; no idea if this example checks in the UK, but if you live in a part of the US that gets real, actual thunderstorms, there's a presence or feeling that can make your hair stand on end with expectation (not always good) just knowing what's about to happen. Some songs have that soft lead out foreshadowing something big coming in and I like that.

It's the slow bassy build up then the raspy reaching vocal. Sublime
