He reminded me a bit of Nunes across the park, pure chaos. Think he'll give most defenders a tough time when up against them this season - we just cannot leave him isolated.

He has rare physical qualities combined, such as his size and his pace. Yet, he has margin to improve on his aerial ability and his first touch in short space.
I believe he is the resilient kind of guy, because 4 years ago he was playing in he lower divisions of Portuguese football. He went to play for Portimonense in the top flight and shortly after he went to Italy. One would think he would fail in there but he stood his ground and he scored a fair share of goals, given the quality and the style of play of Udinese.
We now wait for him to reproduce the same level of progress he has showed since he became professional.

Bit harsh on the Yak I admit, but he was the embodiment of a striker who ‘conserves his energy’ for goal scoring opportunities!

Nah he was always bang average, just had a good run of form in reality. Remember him kind of slotting for fun but in reality he scored 10 goals in 15 games or so and then had like 5 goals in the next 40 games or something before going to Hull.
Went to China for a few years after the bizarre West Ham transfer and played there for a few years, was quite successful there too apparently.
