I think DCL is an excellent player when fit, Onana, Garner, Branthwaite and McNeill are also players that offer real hope for the future... all we have to do is sort out the present. This guy is the only player that gets me excited to watch Everton currently.
Beto by golly wow, youre the one that ive been waiting for forever. You Beto , You Beto You bet !
As ive posted 2 or 3 times, he definitely best suits a counter attacking team.
McNeil isnt that quick and neither is Harrison...Danjuma would probably be the only one of the 'forwards' to be up there with him.
I would say though, if we could bring in Sulemana (or Gnonto) then that could make us deadly on the counter.
Harrison and Danjuma of course are on loan and Doucoure will be out of contract in the summer. Meaning we may be able to bring in a couple of rapid attackers.
Need to build around him and add quick and effective players.
Honestly so does McNeil, I was very pleasantly surprised by his pace last season which nobody had talked about before he joinedre Harrison. Not sure where you've got this from.
He's rapid - and more importantly he has that great switch of pace and really quick acceleration.
He’s so exciting with that pace and power combined I can’t wait to watch him again Sunday. If he starts getting goals and assists he’ll be one of the most exciting players in the league and we haven’t had that since JamesThis guy is the only player that gets me excited to watch Everton currently.

Oh James.... how I miss youHe’s so exciting with that pace and power combined I can’t wait to watch him again Sunday. If he starts getting goals and assists he’ll be one of the most exciting players in the league and we haven’t had that since James
I think he’s a player who prefers close control to get around people but there are a few instances here where he proves he’s no slouchI wouldn’t say McNeil is quick at all.

There’s a double GOT beauty effect here where you have a honeymoon period, plus Everton haven’t played for over a week so suddenly all our players are a bit better than they were because we haven’t watched them in a while tooI always enjoy the optimism of the honeymoon period on GOT. It’s beautiful and only for a short while before some of you fatties decide there’s elements of his game that you seen before others, and castigate him until it effects his confidence and the player is ruined, so you same despicable pigs can gloat you seen he was a fraud before anyone else.
I have no doubt in my mind that if we’d have had McNeil and Dom or Beto against Fulham and Wolves we’d have 7 points right now. But we didn’t so we need to start picking some up asap!We are really missing him
Totally agree.I have no doubt in my mind that if we’d have had McNeil and Dom or Beto against Fulham and Wolves we’d have 7 points right now. But we didn’t so we need to start picking some up asap!
Yeah the only thing that concerns me this year is depth. Being two injuries away from playing Keane and Godfrey together at CB is terrifying.Totally agree.
The points will come and I fully believe e will avoid the drop again this season.
