Beto is the definition of player who plays for the shirt. He was difference entire ground responded when he came on.They constantly berate him, they were at him before he gave that foul away on the half way line at the end, he can do no right for them, 3 of them standing there bollocking him, while dyche gives DCL a standing ovation for plodding around
I think he’s 100 effort , he seems like a good lad and also totally genuine . Like I said earlier I think if you’re chasing a game his all energy , hustle and bustle is probably a useful weapon . If you’re trying to hold a lead then I think his positional discipline means he’s not getting on and the manager seems to have learnt that lesson after Bournemouth.Beto is the definition of player who plays for the shirt. DCL had put himself in their centre back pockets very comfortable peackocking around the pitch.
Beto came on the centre backs were all over the place they could not handle his physicality when running at them.
I think this is it. Has Beto improved under Dyche’s coaching in the year he’s been here? There is no point in investing in “potential” if the coaching team don’t know what to do with it. And yes trash talking a player who seems to thrive on confidence is pretty poor man management.Dyche is a nobhead pretty much calling him rubbish in that press conference recently, you can see how much it upset him.
I don’t think Beto is particularly good but he’s been managed particularly poorly by Dyche.
No that's not it.Sean Dyche is their manager?
