I think the fact that we had to hire Fat Sam once was a great indication of how far we had fallen, I could never of conceive of a situation where we were forced to hire him again but here we are. I hold each member of our Board in very low esteem but I gave them more credit than that.

We pulled that trigger far too early that time. We weren't even that low down. Now is when we actually need a manager like that but the damage is done and he's not acceptable to the fanbase
