Kind of ironic this pointless thread was started around some irrelevant Kenwright comments being labelled bonkers and you've just come out with that.
This week weve lost a manager and some peoples take on it is to sulk about Bill again, amazing, Bill is the least of our worries and has been for 5 years
Yeah, what lunacy to suspect that the single constant throughout the leanest period in the club's history could be having a negative impact.

Cheeky get. I've followed Everton FC all over England and Europe since the 1970's. What absolute nonsense to suggest we should be able to name somebody who might have bought the club instead of Kenwright. What in God's name is that supposed mean? How do I know who might of bought EFC? Instead of defending Kenwright with better the devil you know, let's deal with the facts, shall we? On his watch we've had failed ground moves, selling Rooney to stop us going bankrupt, the embarrassment of the Chris Samuelson nonsense, the phoney investment deal with NTL, oh and the small matter of not one single piece of silverware in a generation. And still people defend Kenwright because apparently things might have been worse if persons unknown had bought us instead of him. Unbelievable.
Not even sure if that waffle has an actual point, but what I asked is right, if you were around in the PJ days as you say did you have your head in the sand and observe the way the club was run? How we were on and off the pitch, a lot worse then were were right through the whole of the time Kenwright was in charge. Or do you turn a blind eye to all that like many choose to.
Yes Bill did make mistakes, just like Moshiri is doing, but for someone to actually say it was a bad thing him taking charge when he did is pathetic.

But he has only had a positive impact, without him making the club viable Moshiri wouldnt even be here, needing Chelsea and Hans Segers to save us from relegation wasnt on his watch, neither was the phone call for help from Big Sam.
Just thys week we lose Carlo in unsavory circumstances and some idiots take on it is to post rubbish about Kenwright.

Kenwright has been on the board since 1989.

I would have happily played along with his bluest Blue in Smurf Village act if he'd done the right thing when Kings Dock came along, but he didn't. He would have let us rot in Kirkby if it meant preserving the role of his life, regardless of where it left the club in the long-term, and the only reason he brought in Moshiri was because Philip Green needed to get shut of the shares that Robert Earl was pretending to own.

You can drudge up 'PJ' all you want, but at least he was in and out within five years. Kenwright's had stadium hoaxes that have gone on longer than Johnson's entire tenure.

And all this nonsense has exactly what to do with Carlo going?
Besides I havent seen you on the new stadium thread congratulating Bill on the work he has done on Bramley Moore, or do you just pick and choose his present involvement with the club to suit dumb outdated agendas?

Kenwright’s takeover of Everton didn’t bring any money into the club. The money just went to Johnson, and Everton was able to survive off its own revenue for the entire duration of Kenwright’s tenure.

If my memory serves me correctly, one of the very first things Kenwright did was mess up a TV deal so badly that we were loaded with far more debt than previously, and had to use future season ticket revenue to meet the payments. The next thing he did was mess up the Kings Dock deal, and then he tried his best to move the club out of Liverpool.

What does Ancelotti have to do with a thread titled Bill Bubbles Kenwright?

Also, I don't bother with the new stadium talk. Considering past experiences, I'll believe that Bramley Moore is happening when I'm sitting in it.

Listened to Prenno tonight. He was saying that BK is in no way pushing for Moyes and it is just rubbish.
Of course its rubbish, it was rubbish last time too when the same idiots were saying Bill wants Moyes....etc funny how they were pipped down when Moyes got West Ham into europe and we came 10th.
Since Moyes left he has never been coming back and never will
